Ernest H. "Ernie" Shrenzel first came to Hawaii in 1958. In 1960, he bought his first Maui resort condominium for use by his own family. Thirty years later, in 1990, Ernie took early retirement after 39 years in International Business Management positions in Europe, Asia, and the USA, and became a resident and a licensed Realtor in Hawaii. He has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 1994, specializing in Resort Condominiums and Second Homes in Honolulu and the Maui towns of Wailea, Makena, Kihei, and Kapalua. In September of 2007, Ernie moved to Honolulu, and now represents buyers and sellers of luxury properties in both Oahu and Maui.
For the years 1994 to present, Ernie represented Buyers or Sellers for some 200 transactions in Hawaii, totaling some $100,000,000. Ernie now lives and owns at the Ko'olani in Honolulu, but also has many repeat clients in Maui.
Ernie speaks fluent German and Japanese as a result of his many years residence in Europe and Asia. He has served a long list of clients from Japan, Hong Kong, and from several European countries, and of course has also served many clients from the mainland USA and Canada.
